This young lady scares the hell out of middle aged white conservatives.....I think it's better than SNL...she might be young but she's fearless about the status quo in DC...I like that.

I find it so comical how fearful the republicans are of a young female first term congresswoman.

I find her entertaining...she's the least of my fears....I want young people running the govt...not people our age I fear one person in this world and she's upstairs sleeping like a baby.
Oh. I thought fear was sort of the end result of scares. I guess I didn't understand your post.

I think she has scared the hell out of some young people with her 12 more years crap. It should be worth a chuckle but there we are! They are out there protesting, some even showing their fear.

Serious question, what do you think about her Green New Deal?

Haven't really paid much attention to it. If it comes to light and actually put before congress then I will look at it, but the fact is, we need to make changes to ensure we leave a better world for future generations. Imagine what the world would look like if we didn't regulate air and water quality and put no restrictions on emissions and fuel mileage on vehicles, continued to clear cut our forests and so on and so on. We would be in even worse shape. I'm not big on a lot of regulations, but when it comes to the environment and safety, I'm usually all for it. I worked in the chemical industry for years and some of the shit we did in the late 70's and early 80's were horrendous both environmentally and safety wise.

I would pay to see you debate some of these young students as they appear much more educated on the subject than you are.

:argument:

Yes, this was totally engineered by AOC. She's got super powers. If it weren't for her, none of this would be happening.

barfo

Oh, most def. We're definitely on same page, barf.

Are you talking about the infighting in the Republican party? Yeah, I've got plenty of popcorn to snack on while I watch that infighting.
As an unbiased bystander watching both parties closely as an independent, Id say there is infighting going on within both parties. There are extreme's both ways being aggressive to0 push their bs.

The GOP already fractured. Those of us who are against big government but aren't Christian fundamentalists. Those of us who aren't against abortion or gay marriage, but are pro gun rights. I can't support the GOP anymore because it no longer stands for fewer taxes, stronger states rights, etc. It's just another flavor of the Dems. Bigger government as long as its bigger government in a way that you like.
Become a libertarian as its sounds like you kind of are, like me.
Fiscal conservative, smaller government, pro business, Pro first responders, pro social issues.
Still aways to go and hopefully someone will RISE to the appeal of moderates and independents.

I voted libertarian last election....not this time..I simply have to exercise bias against the GOP after what I've seen over this term. To me it's blatantly clear that they are a pay for play party that cannot be trusted to be truthful....the reasonable doubt card has run out as far as I'm concerned. It's sad it has to be this way...sucks that all the parties don't get on the tv debates for the country to see but it's not going to crack probably in our lifetime.....George Washington was the last independent prez….what we need are younger politicians.

I hear ya and I may have to re-register again, unless Bernie, EW,Harris get the nomination otherwise I will again vote libertarian probably as they are closer beliefs now.
I would vote for Klobachar, Pete and others willing to show some willingness to mediate compromise rather than its their way or the highway.
Id love to see more open debates with various parties.

I still like Tulsi Gabbard too. Any women that can surf the North Shore and play the Ukulele, could have my vote.
She's also a conciliator which is what this country needs now.

the eyes of the 16 year old girl giving a speech to the United Nations with Asbergers? Good god.
