I've been using Spotify for years. Probably close to 10 years even. I've really liked it.
I considered Apple Music, but was concerned that the audio quality at 256kbit was inferior to Spotify's, and that was reason enough to stick with Spotify.
I have a new Apple Watch 3 on the way and it doesn't support Spotify (no spotify app yet, if ever), nor does the FitBit watch support it.
Apple Music offers 3 months for free, so I figured I'd give it a try.
The audio quality seems better, to me. It's louder and clearer, with better dynamic range. That's to my semi-trained ears.
I was able to copy all my playlists from Spotify to Apple Music with an iPhone app that cost me $2.99. Worth every penny.
I'm just about ready to pull the plug on Spotify.
There is a downside. Apple Music doesn't play on android phones, or linux computers. But it does play on Apple TV, which is cheap enough and easy to hook up to a sound system.
Go Blazers!
