No. I prefer chili oil, like most real asians.

Siracha is only really good on fried chicken. Its much to overpowering for most food.

The money trick is put some chili oil on your plate then splash some soy sauce. Best dipping sauce for shumai.

Yeah, siracha is good with chicken and I'll dip my roasted brussel sprouts in it. Bout it. If it's the only sauce available, I'll probably use it.

I love sriracha with eggs. Also with Pho.
I usually make my own sriracha style sauce though so I can fine tune the flavor through ingredients and the length of the lactic fermentation process. I do one with smoked green serranos I call Green River Killer. So good.

Yeah, with eggs are good. Eggs and rice and some asian sausages.

altho banana ketchup is the thing. that and vinegar.

Scary, but delicious?

I also use salsa, if its pretty liquidy.

I had two go-to bachelor specials:

1) Kraft Mac & Cheese. Prepare in regular way, then add some shredded cheddar, sliced (cooked) hot Italian sausage, and fresh tomato chunks. Heat and mix just to melt cheese. Maybe add in a bit more milk. Mix, then devour.

2) Top Ramen. Prepare noodles and drain. Stir-fry whatever good veggies I have in the fridge. Then toss in seasoning packet and noodles and gently mix. Pretty tasty.

Sriracha lover? And here I was expecting something kinky.

MY TO GO BACHELOR SPECIAL IS TO MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO EAT OUT WHENEVER THE FUCK I WANT.

Yeah but what about sriracha on a cheese quesadilla!?!?

I once bought a 3 lb bag of cheese from costco and ate so many cheese quesadillas that it made me sick. And yes I put sriracha on them!

Also good in mac & cheese, or other white people foods where salt is the only flavor.

Agreed about the mac n cheese but any food that uses salt as the only flavor should not be categorized as food.

Personally, I use sriracha to clean my contacts.

I use tabasco in my Mac and Cheese. Vinegar helps cut some of the cheesy fat texture.

That's good too. I also put red pepper flakes in mine.

Funny story, I was cooking some MnC, and added a bit too much of a hot sauce (I'm drawing a blank on the variety, but it was like the devils spit or something similar) and it had an adverse effect. It kind of curdled up the cheese. I almost barfed when I saw it.

When I’m sick I make a big bowl of ramen in broth with a shit load of sriracha in it, to the point the broth is red. Makes me feel like a human again.
