I DEFINITELY don’t want to wade into the job threat thing. And if I were a mediator, I’d advise all parties to never mention it again...

But I’ve noticed you don’t think he’s funny. Humor isn’t universal. You’ll have to just believe me, he is to some people.

As for sorries. I’m an apologizer. When someone is up for a fight, so am I. But if I hurt feelings, I usually make amends. My wife? Even though I know she loves me, she has never said sorry in her life. Haha. My point is: don’t take it personally.

Why would I use a word that has got someone banned for saying it multiple times in regards to the former ducks coach?
I don't use that word irl, nor will I use it on a forum where I'm semi-anonymous.
 
Well, since I fall in the have money so we can tax them but not in the rich enough to get the Trump subsidies - my tax burden certainly increased with Trump - I guess that in theory, before Covid my investment portfolio have increased, but since I do not spend my time short selling - it really did not do anything for my day to day comfort level - and I believed that the market was too high as it was built on short-term artificial enhancements by this administration (I suspect it would have fallen sooner or later given the trade war our president entertained himself with).

So, the economy has not really been better under Trump for me, and to be frank, I thought it was a lot less sustainable at the first sight of trouble. I did not anticipate the trouble to come so fast and be so large, but I am not surprised that an economy propped by an administration that works based on short-term thinking failed. (I thought the huge deficit that we were incurring from this republican tax plan would be where we would pay for it).

Good points. And just to clarify., I think he is pretty darn funny most of the time as well.

I'm much like you then. An apologizer. Hard not to understand why wouldn't everyone be that way though. One of those things I need to come to grips with.

I told @SlyPokerDog I wouldn't reply to you along with a couple other members, but this post has me a bit confused to be honest.
So you are saying I "berated" a member in "multiple threads"? Don't remember that, but maybe I did. I don't remember "calling my forum buddies" though for anything. You'd have to remind me of when that happened. And I'm a bit curious about what the "x" word is as well. Did I offend somebody who pays you that has something to do with their kids?

Your memory fails you. Nothing to do with having shit up in the da dome. You've done it to more than one person. knowing what I know now, I don't think you meant any harm, but that is really insignificant to the outcome and you should own up to being a part of it. Its funny how you cant remember the things you do, but yet hold onto grudges for years based on whats in your dome for what you THINK others have done......

You know what, I want to take something back. I HAVE met some really nice/cool people from here and have enjoyed getting to know them. I have really enjoyed meeting people and having them introduce themselves with their forum name. Putting a face to names has been fun. I have also enjoyed having people come through on tours and other events.
I guess what I meant was, anybody that I have ever not enjoyed reading their posts, I leave it at that. I don't take anything away from here that's negative. I don't harbor i'll will or remember crazy ass posts and harp on things. People who might have ever upset me on here don't register with me. Like I said, I don't think about 'em. Apologies to the guys on here I have actually built relationship with.
