Strange. Reading through the last page or two you appear to be jumping in with little jabs here and there that don’t really have any purpose other than to further agitate the argument you claim to be so sick of.

COVID-19 has definitely thrown a curve, but the answer for me is yes.

Mine got down about 40K and then I got out of the stock market except for some sentimental shares.
 
Look at the coarsening of public behavior. There have been presidents known to be potty mouthed in private who knew to behave with respect and decorum in public. The occupant of the white house is rude, crude, vicious, vulgar, offensive deliberately. Lies constantly and lies about the lies. Memorial day weekend when not golfing spent time insulting women for their looks and promoting an invented conspiracy that a young woman who died due to heart condition 20 years ago was actually murdered by then congressman Joe Scarborough. No mention of 100,000 dead. Not only incapable of empathy, considers empathy and solidarity weakness.

He's the kind of person that my mother never would have let me play with in my childhood. I was told that I could be judged by the company I kept.

I am much better off today than 4 years ago in far too many ways to list.

Im not a Trumper and voted yes as it pertains to me and my family. I do know that not has gone as well for many too, but overall Id say the economy was humming along fairly well before covid. I give credit to the American spirt and people not a politician.
