There is a difference between emergency and survivalism...

I as well as all of us could momentarily survive IF we were at home when disaster strikes. What if you took the train to work every work day and a 8:40 Am 9/11 happens again with a Nuke involved. Wait.... With a nuke involved who really wants to survive?? "We is all done"

wait a minute, I just realized this is a trick..... Dont do anything, the government will take care of us right?
> Only a stabile and confident government could do that. The one with excellent leadership Even Speaker of the house Boehner is disgusted.

Maybe you're wearing the wrong kind of hoodie.
> Its not the hoodie. Its the finger signals, saggy pants and work boots that distinguish a man on the street.

My neighbors are prepared and I own guns so it's kinda like I'm prepared too.
> My friend... Its sounds like an alliance, especially if one party is not in their fortress.

I have one daughter in college in Boston and one in Seattle. I was just telling my wife today that I want to set up an emergency fund for each so they could get home should something happen.

I may be paranoid, but these days with cyberwarfare increasing, I worry about things like EMT pulses knocking out electricity, etc.
