Com'on man!! So many other factors that come into play before that.

1) Offensive play calling
2) Lack of rhythm in offensive play calling.
3) Tom Osborn was and is better than Scott Frost.

While Oregon didn't get that call for intentional grounding, the idea was correct. Oregon should blitz more but at this point in the game it could become an act of desperation.
 
As a ref, you don't call that shit at that juncture of the game. Not unless it's totally flagrant.
 
Tony Washington just got call for a flag because the coaching staff was holding him back in the first 4 games of the season. Still blame the coaching staff for this.
 
So what was the bullshit explanation for that unsportsmanlike conduct?
