So is there anyone here with a law or medical background or just have good insight into how the malpractice claims that ARod's group is putting out there? Basically, sounds like they are saying the Dr. either ignored or missed issues with the left hip in the earlier MRI in October and then it wasn't diagnosed until the end of that month. My question would be from a legal standpoint, how was he harmed by the 2 1/2 week delay on the diagnosis and is there actual harm required in malpractice cases or is the system so messed up that the delay is cause for malpractice?
This is a difficult piece of this because no one wants a Dr. to miss an issue if thats what has happened here but again, without defending the Dr. as thats not what this is about, but again what are the damages?
ARod and his team obviously want to use this as a means to distract and deflect from the PED issues and I'm just wondering how much traction this has.
