Interesting argument. My question would be--if Wiggins didn't deserve to be an all-star last year, who in the West should have gone in ahead of him?Andrew Wiggins last year
Looking at the voting, the number 4 frontcourt player behind Wiggins was Draymond, and he got in as well, as did the number 6 & 7 vote getters Gobert and KAT. The highest-voted front-court player who was snubbed and maybe deserved the all-star spot that Wiggins got was Paul George. The players also voted Wiggins ahead of George (46 to 36), as did the media (4 to 3). So none of the 3 voting elements agreed with your claim that Wiggins wasn't one of the 6 most-deserving western-conference front-court all-star selections (the minimum allowed number).
