The 3 pointer has killed the NBA I grew up watching in the 90's and 2000's.

Analytically it makes sense to shoot a ton of them, but the game is less interesting in that there is basically no offensive strategy anymore besides get up as many threes as you can.

Tough to defend it as well. I was wondering the other day if they were going to add a 4 point shot and or move the three point line back and make the court bigger?

I grew up with the same NBA, and sure as shit don't miss games ending with scores in the 80s.

The NBA is currently in talks on a new media deal to follow the current ESPN/Turner agreements which pay the lion’s share of the NBA’s bills. Word is that the league will hit the streaming wars with impeccable timing and get such a giant raise that the value of every team will double.

Yeah, the three 5 team divisions in each conference can go bye-bye.
I would favor two 8-team divisions in each conference.
Either Memphis, N.O or Minnesota would need to move to the east ( I would vote Minny)

Well you add two teams to the west. Then move a west team to the eastern conference (probably Memphis). Then add another division in each conference and have four team conferences rather than the 5 team conferences we have now, to even things up.
