He averaged 27/7/4 last season on good advanced numbers and percentages. I don't know how that's just a flash in a 2 game span.

I certainly don't remember him other than 2 games.

He had more than a 2 game stretch.
Also, Oden was WAY hyped.
I got killed for saying Durant was the can’t miss choice over Oden.
“Durant can’t even bench press the bar”

Ok but he was dropping buckets on everybody lol

There were even rumors the spurs offered Duncan for Oden.

Whelp. I must have missed it. Cause I know he was hyped but I suppose I didn't know HOW hyped.

how exactly can the lakers trade for him? As of today, they have like 4 tradeable players. And I don't mean they only have 4 decent players, I mean they can only trade for their current players due to restrictions.

I think the only prospect in league history that was viewed as above the level Oden was viewed at after his freshman year was LeBron James. That's how much hype and deservedly so, GO had. He was viewed as having a better combination of size, athleticism, timing, defensive BBIQ, offensive potential and character than any other big man in modern basketball. Everyone knew that KD was a future hall of famer and most agreed that Oden should be picked first.

Zion was dominant last season and a dark horse for MVP this season.

i dunno if anyone caught the BK game or highlights but man, KD put on a masterclass. Unbelievable how good that guy is at his size. I keep staying amazed at his game even in year 15.

Hey - one reason to be glad we picked Oden over him - we never had the pain of him ditching us for greener pastures.
