I want nothing to do with Klay. Guy is just a name at this point living off his legacy. Can't defend a chair and shooting isn't good either, plus he's on a big contract. I'd rather play Murray or Rupert or Osoko. Even the best case scenario for Klay where he helps win a couple games is near meaningless for the Blazers building for a couple seasons from now.

With Jrue, Grant, Dame we have plenty of veteran leaders. All of them have better attitudes as well.

Is it me or did the Mavs TRADE away the guy who is this season's MVP? And who knows, maybe the finals MVP too, stranger things have happened. Mavs fans must be sickened. Traded for AD, a guy that never plays, some garbage and a FRP that could well be in the high 20s. Then they give the keys to Flagg and make him point guard (to try and make him into Luka?). Flagg has never been the primary ball handler at any level AFAIK. Kidd and the front office have to be fired soon.

The whole things just smells bad to me. Luka going to the Lakers, Mavs miraculously getting the #1… I hate to get sucked into conspiracy, but you never truly know.

Is it the worst trade of all time? Especially when you consider Nico had to realize how bad that pick coming back could likely be.

We literally drafted him. Had him in our hands. Fuck

Hey, I like him too but you seem literally only to want him to be good so you can feel bad about the Blazers. If you really like him, great - you can watch him play on the Grizz!
If you really like the Blazers then enjoy what we have! Fortunately we're not the Mavs, who traded away their generational player and now suck. Who knows if Coward would even be playing for our team? His style might not work here.

So, the question is, are you a troll or just a deeply unhappy person? Either way: work on yourself. Coward's play should be a source of joy not a source of festering resentment.

HIs contract isn't actually that big. Just one more year and about 17 million.

NOT saying I'd want him anywhere on the team (he doesn't provide them what they would need or benefit from).
