After MPJ gave Malone coaching advice, it's nice to see coach continue to get Jokic and Murray over 50% of the teams shots while MPJ has 0 points in 20 minutes (thus far). MPJ is super talented, but might want to hold off on coaching advice for now.

MPJ takes a contested shot, up 5, 10 seconds left, and the shotclock off. He got lucky he got fouled, but that's not the basketball IQ of someone who should be giving coaching advice.
 
Man MPJ is a going to be a superstar. He has huge balls and so much confidence.

He’s going to be so good. The way he called his team out as a rookie too? Man so much confidence and the ability to say something like that and know eventually he has to back that up. Props to denver management drafting so well the last 4-5 years.

If Toronto offered us Ibaka for a package built around Zach and the #16 pick (plus filler), would you do it? Would Olshey?

My answers are "hell yes" and "hell no!"

Since he’s an UFA this offseason, isn’t this kind of moot? Or were you thinking a sign & trade? Is Serge on board for that? Is he going to take a huge pay cut or are we adding tons of filler? Who?

That's why I called it a hypothetical. I was (trying) to use Ibaka and Collins as examples to focus on the deeper question. This would be an unabashed "win now" trade. I'm curious at what point our fans would be willing to embrace that.

Of course, the real question is when or if Olshey would embrace it. My answer to that is "pretty much never."
