Dennis Schroder: 15 pts, 4 rebs, 6 ast
Kyle Kuzma: 15 pts, 9 reb, 2 ast
KCP: 9 pts, 4 reb, 2 ast
Montrazel Harrell: 18 pts, 9 rebs, 2 ast
Andre Drummond: 7 pts, 11 reb, 2 ast
Alex Caruso: 9 pts, 3 reb, 4 ast
Markieff Morris: 8 pts, 3 reb, 1 ast

so, the 7 rotation guys they got rid of are averaging 76 points, 43 rebounds, & 19 assists. And KCP and Caruso were their 2 best perimeter defenders. They've replaced those guys Westbrook, Melo, Bazemore, Bradley, and Rondo....hahahahaha

Of course, those were empty numbers in a, let me see here...oh, a win against the Bucks. Meanwhile, the Lakers are doing fine letting Russ cook.

LOL...I don't even know who the Laker GM is but it's hard to imagine him having a worse off-season than he did. Fuck-up after fuck-up

It was obvious to most of us when it happened. Terrible lol.

I hear Frank Vogel went from a great coach to a worthless one in just one short season. Crazy he forgot everything in a couple months.

That was last season, though. They kept him on hoping he'd "return to form".

Are you implying that LeBron shouldn't be our new GM?

Watching the Lakers feed of the games and constantly hearing them harp about who's not playing ... yeah, those guys coming back solves one problem but creates another.

How many of these old NBA stars are going to quietly accept their minutes being slashed because Talen Horton Tucker needs to get action to keep them from losing by 20?

For all this talk of a resurgent East, I think this ranking shows a truer story (TND is a PER-like stat):

This often tracks how good a team is better than current records. So: Lakers are worse than us (@THE HCP) - just - Charlotte, Memphis and Dallas are in trouble, Cleveland are surprisingly good, Wizards are not the best East team, and Bucks fans should be getting alarmed. Spurs much better than their record.

They got sucked into the hype (like too many other teams, including Portland) and re-signed Nate McMillan……..

yeah....beware the feel-good season endings based upon circumstance rather than talent and ability. Blazers had that very thing happen in the 2016 playoffs and followed it up by spending 340M on contracts 3 months later and not an all-star in sight in that 340M. In fact, only one legitimate starter. That hamstrung the Blazer cap for years

While you're not referring to the same season, I was just thinking that the 2020-21 Hawks feel similar to the 2018-19 Trail Blazers--both made completely unexpected runs to the conference finals, mostly based on getting a very favorable draw. I think last year's Hawks are better than that year's Blazers, but their hype entering the season was probably overblown based on where in the playoffs they finished.

I’m watching a random game, Celtics vs Cavs on NBA tv . It’s playoff like intensity. Hungry young teams

Cavs are legit on a short rebuild. Maybe that should be path we take.

Hard to talk about injures.
Both teams had them to key players
Brown/Richardson/Horford for BOS
Sexton/Love for CLE

Sorry guys where’s the ducks game thread?? But anyways ya see what I mean about Christobal. I hate his coaching he’s garbage at it but what saves him is he’s a fantastic recruiter maybe the best in the nation

go ducks
