Love how everyone piles on the Lakers calling them a mess when they have a better record than we currently do.
Ummm we just blew them out lol. Also- Lakers lose twice to OKC. We’ve blown out 4 WC playoff teams.

The vaccine prevents infections of the original dominant variant, but since it was developed the Delta variant has emerged (thanks to people who weren't vaccinated) which is capable of breakthrough infections. However, these breakthrough infections are still of much lower severity than if you are not vaccinated.

The booster shots are normal for vaccines and don't indicate that the original vaccination is totally ineffective, just that you're even better off with one. Plus, ideally, companies will keep working on new vaccines for the new variants. However, had every country followed the lead of countries like South Korea and followed sound protocols from the word go, then perhaps the Delta variant would never have emerged.

Hope that clears up some things for you.

That is all fine for an explanation...but the original point still stands. Never in the history of all the vaccinations I've taken, did any of them require a booster after 2 months....varient or not. Varients happen. Two months, especially for healthy people without co-morbidities, is very poor coverage.

Milked it? Like a whole dairy's worth. As a connoisseur of real football, I'd have to say that that was almost footballer-level dramatics.
Bold take

PSG will win the champions league over FC Bayern München

Also

Poland will go deep in the WC next year. But Argentina will win it; Messi gets his WC title and a champions league title with Neymar.

Italy nor France make the finals.

are you talking about the J&J vaccine?

You don't actually believe this stuff you write do you? You're like a professional flame thrower right? Hot Takes "R" Us

Kareem FTW again

That's a huge fail on Kareem's part. I agree with the sentiment, but nothing about Aaron Rodgers screams dumb jock. He's just the opposite in fact, coming across as the smug smart guy who thinks he can cleverly out-word people, and usually can.

The whole reason this is even an issue is because he got away with it this long, up until testing positive. All the people who didn't pick up on his double talk are the ones who should be labeled dumb jocks.

And that's a fail on TBpup's part... How many vaccines have you taken for currently circulating pandemics? That changes the equation just a bit. But, people gonna do anything they can to justify their pre-vax availability positions.

Disappointed in Big Lew for using that Stereo Type. He didn't need to do that, he has the ability to get his point across without labeling someone.

Well I’ve got Spurs that Jinglin Joe Ingles
(Jingle Jangle)
As I go riding merrily along

Yep, and it diminishes the otherwise positive points he's been making, because he now comes across as just taking cheap shots at easy targets.

People who think they're smarter than they are tend to be stupid. Aaron fits the bill.

For fucks sake, he went to Joe Rogan for advice.

He's got a more prestigious education than probably 90% of the people on here, and was viewed as enough of an intellectual to guest host Jeopardy. (Hmm, Kareem for all his celebrity appearances, didn't get that honor. Maybe that's why he's bitter.) I'd say you just added your name to the list of fails.

George W Bush went to Yale, was dumber than a bucket of warm beer.

If Rodgers was so smart, I doubt he would've started off at a community college. Let's not act like he went to Cal because of his brains.

that seems pretty normal for a virus vaccine. Flu shots lose their effectiveness at similar rate, if not quicker. But flu vaccines weren't made into a political issue to serve trump

people who believe there is any 'Aha! moment' just because Covid vaccines have a decline in effectiveness apparently don't know much about vaccines. Covid isn't polio or whooping cough. And isn't it funny how those two diseases practically disappeared because of universal vaccinations?

it may be that people will need Covid booster shots every 4-8 months for a few years

If getting a needle every 6 months (or whatever) improves my chances of not getting Covid and/or improves my chance of survival if I do - I'll take the needle and not whine about it.

There are many things I despise about the mango Mussolini, but his handling of Covid is near the top of the list.

One game for Jok seems to be fair.
Morris, along with 50k, lost some reputation.
Jimmy was fun. He seems to be pretty gangsta, but from the logo:))

Not defending Morris at all, but I wonder if these guys realize that there are security at the games with guns.

You think security is going to start shooting people?

I don't think the brothers are concerned with security at all.

There are police at games, not just security. Police can arrest you, and have guns.

I mean, the Jokers brothers are white so it's unlikely, but there's a difference between fighting someone in a ring (at least one of the brothers does that) and trying to pull shit with someone who has a gun on them and is trained to use said gun.

Morris gave a cheap shot then turned and walked away, he's lucky Joker didnt get him in a head lock, and pull him around the court.
Morris has been asking for a response like this for some time.
Suspend them both, Morris hit him blindsided and started the whole thing.
In a more just world, Jokic would be suspended, as well as...
Denver's choice on the Phoenix team - so probably Booker.

The whole mediocre dude cheap shotting the best player on his opposing team should have been dealt with years ago. I'm guessing Suns fans would agree considering Steve Nash getting taken out in the playoffs destroyed their title hopes that year.
