I wonder if Simmons and Doc have met and cleared the air about what was said by Doc at the end of last season? It's pretty obvious that Simmons being kicked out is being leaked by Doc or one of the coaches. Morey didn't leak this and if Simmon leaked it there would be a different narrative. Not excusing what Simmons did but it's strange this came leaking out of the Sixers today.

I imagine whatever team Simmons goes to, he will be highly motivated to prove it was the situation, the coach, the process, the center....anything and everything to show he wasn't the issue and will play his ass off. Clutch will certainly pound home the point things will have to go more smoothly at his next stop.
