wait I'm gonna change that.. last night I had a dream the Ducks were down big, then stormed back to win 48-43

so....

Oregon- 48
Auburn- 43

I give Auburn the edge in a close game...

The way I see it, is Auburn appears better than they are because they came out of the SEC... but seriously even though they beat Bama I think Alabama is a better team. I think either team could easily win though.

Don't know why, but for some reason I have this feeling that Oregon will be able to move the ball, but often won't be able to punch it in. But believe you me, if they prove me wrong, I'll be cheering as loudly as anyone.

I see it being lower scoring than the odds maker are saying. This prediction is more based on heart than logic . . . which the Ducks will need a lot of to beat this big Auborn team.

I agree. Alabama should have won that game. They lost Julio Jones for much of the game and that really hurt them.
 
To win, Oregon is going to have to push the pace on offense and wear out Fairley. On defense, we're going to have to put eight in the box and hope Harris plays big. I'm hoping we learned our lesson against Ohio State last year.

I'm optimistic.
