Teixeira took three stitches to the inside of his left pinky so he's out for a bit.
 
Line actually favors the Yankees today, here's hoping that Mr. Greene will have a good game.

With Miggy out, the Yanx should have Porcello for lunch. How he's managed to have a year like he has, is beyond me, I just don't see it.....(porcellos formula for success), saw him lose 2 of his 5 games. He looked like Carl PavaNO......

My Michigan buddies are besides themselves, knocked out 2 Cy Young tiggers, and beat up the 3rd, yet lost to Mr. Price, (the 3rd).....Price no decision, and lucky he got out alive...
 
Brad Ausmus is a bat boy in disguise as a Mgr.
 
I got a feeling this could be a short game.

With Porcello obtaining 30% of his outs as INF ground balls compared to 11%, a HR or two lifted, could be all it takes, for 3 out of 4... the tiger is purring, seems to of lost their roar....!!!

Well I've got the chin hair but I assure you that I do not piss in my beard. I go where I'm suppose to........in the kitchen sink.

And yes, I take the dishes out first. .....well....most of them.

this game is flying along, just like I thought, a short quick game....also got a feeling its gonna' be a low scoring one tooo......give us just one lifted HR...just one....hell give me half a dozen....

...what a series...every game was intense...coulda been a sweep but I'll take it !

Totally unreal, as I posted earlier this reminds me of a series in '06 when a crippled Yankee team went in to Detroit and took 3/4. In this instance though I'd be willing to be the Tigers may have thought they were going to steamroll this whole series. The Yankees have acquired some nice pieces like Prado and Headley, if the offense ever got more consistent this team could put a real ass whipping on the opposition.
 
Never thought These Yankees would take 3 out of 4.
All were nail biters.
This series will be the 2014 Yankee hi-lites.
