Auto policies are 98% the same. Auto body shops are 80% competent, 10% lousy (like Leif's) and 10% excellent. Almost all cheat on auto repairs and it's one of the highest profit businesses in the nation. Customer service depends entirely on the claims person you get assigned to.

So what am I saying?

Just go for rates. The rest is pretty much the same.
