It's not about NeO, it's about tanking. We make a trade if a team wants to go into full tank mode and dump their decent player for salary cap/increase suckage reasons. I don't know if any teams want to suck that bad. Does New Orleans want to get into the tank game? AD hurts their chances, but if they made a trade or 2.... Philly, Boston, NY are all in good position to tank, but they have to get a bit more serious about it. A trade could make that happen.
It's unlikely we get a sweetheart of a deal, but that's the only deal we would probably make. Let's assume one such trade is out there (like the NY rumor):
As I don't believe we would trade a starter because of our start. I also don't think we'd trade Robinson. Regardless of what I'd like, I'm sure we're not trading Mo. We are definitely not trading CJ (because he's good and because of his relationship to Lillard). That means if we make a trade, we're trading Freeland because his salary is $3.1 Mil (that's more that Claver, Crabbe, and Barton combined) and you have to send out $ to get a player earning $. Wright also makes $3.0 Mil, so he'd be likely gone as well.
