Pending agreement of CBA - 2017-18 regular season to start Oct 15-20th to allow schedule makers more of an opportunity to schedule games with rest days, meaning less back to backs and 4 games in 5 nights.
Players, coaches, and NBA fans rejoice. Aside from not getting to watch your team as frequently, this is a great thing. Should add up to more competition for the league as a whole. No longer will players like Embiid sit out games because they are on the second night of a B2B.
