I know you weren't referring to the polls. But I didn't see any talking heads suggest Gillespie would lose by more than 9 points. Not a one - but maybe I missed it.

Up until two weeks before election night every single poll and all the pundits had Northam winning by high teens. Gillespie closed at a rapid rate towards the end.

Oklahoma. Yes, Oklahoma, just flipped its fourth state legislative seat from R to D this year.

I'm guessing they are more Claire McCaskill than Bernie Sanders, but still, Oklahoma?

Interesting. I would have thought Moore would win by 10%+

“In the mad dash to provide tax breaks for their billionaire campaign contributors, our Republican colleagues forgot to comply with the rules of the Senate.
We applaud the parliamentarian for determining that three provisions in this disastrous bill are in violation of the Byrd rule.
It is our intention to raise a point of order to remove these provisions from the conference report and require the House to vote on this bill again.
Instead of providing tax breaks to the wealthiest people and most profitable corporations, we need to rebuild the disappearing middle class.”

The wealthy are also getting tax breaks...quick, everyone pull your hair out and disregard all other parts of the bill!
