1) I like the background for you being a beginner.

This is great for your first wall. You just need to keep working on basics of sigs, such as cropping, backrounds, and font and text work. I bet you`ll be a great wall paper maker one day after seeing your first works.

1)learn the basics of creating a wallpaper. With practice you can be very good, and you'll improve.

2) you need a better font and text.

3)need a better bckground

4)the main picture is just bad, get a better picture with better quality.
