The Bulls need cut salary.

KVH is an unguaranteed contract, which is better than an expirer. Swift is an expirer. Sean is a nice young player with potential, who is indeed similar to Tyrus, but he is far cheaper, so this move also allows them not to pick up their option on Tyrus next summer, so they get basically 11mill expiring plus 4 million to come off the books right now...

Nocioni is a backup on the bulls with 4 years left, but is paid like a starter, and the bulls need to cut salary anyway.

Why wouldn't they do it??
