Give me a break, Russel Westbrook is great, but he was a 17.8 PER player last year, LaMarcus is a 18.4 PER AVERAGE over his career. If Westbrook is a stud, so is LMA. The Blazers have 2 studs using the very loose criteria that Westbrook is a stud.

what's Westbrook's upside? That he's a rich man's Bayless? Harden can't get on the court, and when he does he's almost exactly as productive as Rudy. Not a "stud".

this is kind of a fun stat about Westbrook vs. Miller head-to-head.

Ibaka is much greener and less talented than Oden, much less Camby.

I disagree that Roy has peaked. If you bump his usage rate 33% to get it from where it is now to the mid-30's like Durant, Wade, James, Johnson, K*be, etc. you'll see a pretty big bump in the counting stats. If you put people around him that you need to defend, you'll have Roy playing less against double-teams and packed-in lanes. There's plenty of room for him to grow. But if not, back-to-back-2nd-team-All-NBA isn't bad.

All this thread tells me is when Roy struggles for 2-3 games we get to hear "Roy has peaked" and when Roy is on fire for the rest of the month we'll hear something else. Then, when Roy has an off night it's back to "Roy has peaked".

I agree as well. It is getting old. No one has a problem with fans complaining about our team, coach, or management. We respect a solid take. What keeps people away from a message board is when "trolls" intentionally try to irritate everyone. Their agenda is obvious.
