Check your first verse, how do those words rhyme? I kno they dont have to rhyme, but protege and wade dont even sound like each other,

Jay and Wade kind of rhyme. Not exactly, but it's like what Junoon said, having exact nursery rhymes all the time limits creativity. It's not like he said D. Wade and Mutomob.

Eh theres been a lot of "my team beat your team" lately in peoples rhymes.

It was pretty good, but as MR J pointed out, its a lil long/short in some places.

MrJ's last verse is pretty crazy. Best I've seen so far in the tournament. I loved how he turned around the Giants rhyme, with the Strahan one. And that finish was real creative.

I think you did ok for battling Chutney. You need to have more consistent line length.(I Need to work on it too) But yeah, good job.

IMO Chutney won with this, he had consistent line length, it flowed, he was creative, and his lines and punchlines hit hard.

Some of Carters lines just didnt cut it, but he did have his moments.

Mr J started great also, but wow you came back with a VENGEANCE.
I hope people don't not vote for you cause they have a problem with you or something they need to recognize whoever is the best

Regardless of who you were facing, you have some work to do. Don't take it personal - you have improved - but some of your rhymes don't flow or make sense. Just keep on listening to the music and practicing and you should be good money.

Hasn't been online since Wednesday. I sent him a PM, so hopefully he logs on soon. Does anybody know him outside this site or got his AIM/MSN, etc?
 
I just posted my final verse against Swish15. The battle is over and its time to vote.

BTW, did any of you guys have a favorite line of mine in the battle?

I know that. I didn't give it my all. I iwas studying for like 3 tests and had guests from Los Angeles at my house at the time so I go on JBB for like 10 minutes and came up with those. I know they sucked and I deserved to lose that one.
