you're getting close to mixum level. No, that is not an accomplishment.
I'm am this <-----> close to using my first ignore feature. He's become so annoying lately.

Should the Blazers be dreaming about DeMar DeRozan playing along side Lillard?
Actually 4-12 from 3. That's 33% from 3. A TS% of 50%.
I said he was 3-11 in his 3 starts. But yes, he is 4-12 on the year. Small sample size, but 33% is nothing to get excited about. Dorrell Wright shot 34%, and most rightfully accused him of not living up to his sharpshooting role.

We really have a good opportunity here. I haven't been more confident that we can win the whole damn thing since 1999-00
But you're just optimistic like that!
BTW, didn't you have them winning it all last year as well?
Nope. I called 54 wins and loss in WCF to the Thunder.
That was pretty optimistic.
So if you're prognostications follows sute to your prognostications last year that would mean the Blazers Prob make it to the WCF this year and lose to someone like the Clippers or Spurs.

I got the wins right but lost the round. If we played Clippers in the second round, we would have made it to the WCF!![]()
No he was 0-1 his first start, then 2-6 the second and 2-5 his third. That's 3 starts... Do the math

I don't think he sucks either. He could be a decent backup....just think some people are getting too excited about him, like he came in and set the court on fire like Jeremy Lin. But whatever floats your boat...don't mean to rain on anyone's parade.
I don't think he will ever be "starter material". I'm just happy we got a decent back-up 3 in the works. I mean we could just have D wright come in... LOL
Dunno what defines "starter material", but I'd like to point out that Sefalosha never put up a PER higher than 12.8, and he's started over 70% of the games he's played in his career. Filling a role, making good decisions, and playing excellent defense is enough to be "starter material" (IMO). Crabbe is certainly capable of that.
Years ago, it was very usual for players to take a few years off the bench to earn consistent playing time. Age was also a factor. We now expect every player from 19-22 years old to play like MJ. Sad.
Crabbe is showing good progress. And signs that he can actually play this game at this level. Give him the opportunity to make some mistakes and learn from them.

I think Crabbe will be a career back-up. That's not something bad IMO.
I wouldn't even relegate Biebs to this disdain. If he was given a Batum-like chance, I'm sure he'd do very well as a starter. The question to me is "how well will he do given only a limited chance", which is what he has. Answer: I have no clue.

Crabbe is such a smart player. Tonight was the first night where I actually focused in on him and that dude made so many smart plays that don't show up on a stat sheet. I remember yelling out atta boy allen numerous times. His bball iq is really high and I expect him to not only to stay in the rotation but probably move ahead of CJ permanently. CJ is a smart guy too, but his bball IQ is not on crabbes level and neither is his shot. Crabbe also offers more defensively.
