Bayless as seen from other Boards

I've been perusing many of the other team boards (slow work time for me! lol) and its really interesting how many threads there are about Bayless being available and how many of those see him as a good piece to try to get "cheaply". Just imagine if he gets more minutes and keeps playing as well as he has, his "value" could eclipse Rudy's easily if he plays well the rest of the season. IMO it would be DUMB to trade him now and not play him a LOT, it's a win win for Portland either way. We either keep him because he fits and is what we need, or we trade him for a very nice piece Of course I am assuming he keeps playing well which I think the odds are good he does. I want to keep him.

There is no excuses left not to play this guy. He has earned it and this the perfect time to develop a younger player who could be a huge part of our team in the next few years. The players in front of him are not play well so that excuse is gone too. So what is the excuse going to be now? This coaching staff's BS about playing time is a joke.

I would only trade him if he was part of a deal that brought back a proven all star caliber stud. And that cuz we dont know for sure what we have in him so I pray to God that he isnt apart of some dumb trade and he certainly shouldnt be given away on the "cheap".
