What Morey doesnt understand is that of the nonstars in the league, CJ probably has the best chance of making the all star team out of anyone he can get.
CJ is extremely gifted. If he could run point, i beleive he could be close to Allen iversonesque.

There is no denying his handling skills.

him and Imbeeid, Harris and shooters could be lethal.

Difference maker is long way from another superstar, difference maker leaves it more open and gives Morey a way to come out of this without looking like he caved

He's cracking. You can tell by the desperate dialogue he's giving the media. My guess was that he trades Ben the first week of the season but i think it's going to be a bit longer now. I still don't think he's going to waste Embiid's prime and destroy the season.

He doesn't have much time left. It's going to happen soon.

as i was saying... morey is deluded if he thinks he can wait it out. this is starting in game 2 for embiid

More and more, I think "mental case" or "high maintenance". I see my interest in having him continually diminish.

Both Morey and Ben doing their darndest to lower Ben's value. At the rate it is going, give it another couple of months and we can trade Blevins for Ben (might have to throw in a Snell or a McLemore as well though).

This is nothing more than a strategy. The moment he gets moved, he will instantly be better, and despite some rust, will come ball his ass off.

who says Simmons can't be coached? He's saying exactly what Rich Paul coached him to say

Loved Orville btw. I thought the satirical storylines were creative and hilarious. Especially loved the one where they found an iPhone in a time capsule and tried to identify some of the abbreviations for texting.

"The streamer has announced that Season 3 of the space adventure series, which is now titled The Orville: New Horizons, will premiere on Thursday, March 10, in the year 2022 on Hulu."

Not sure why the studios didn’t like the show because it was pretty popular with viewers
Did it start right around the time of the writers strike? I feel like I remember that having something to do with it. Maybe I'm wrong.

I don’t think so… it’s only a few years old. Maybe I’m just not remembering.

I am wondering if it was a numbers issue. I think if you watched a few episodes you got hooked on it. But most friends I asked if they watched....had never heard of it. That could be just my age group though.

I think at first glance people might think it's just a goofy sitcom, but I think they really tried to delve into some deeper issues too. I really liked the show.

The Expanse was also dropped by SyFy and had no studio until a fan campaign convinced Amazon to pick it up.

I watched the first season. I haven't had a chance to pick it back up. I need to though.

Looks like Ben has hashed things out with the team for now, and is going to work on his mental health. I wish him the best. I still think he has to be traded because Philly doesn't seem like the forgiving type. They like to hold a grudge. As a former season ticket holder in Football, i found Baltimore & Philly Fans were the absolutely worst behaved of all the fan groups. Down right nasty.

Will this debacle hurt the Sixers down the road for, what some would argue, is poor treatment of a superstar? Is it all about winning, or would some FA's say pass on the Sixers potentially worrying about the wrath of Morey? After all this shit, would a guy like Dame (or similar) who appears to value culture, player treatment etc avoid Doc/Morey?
Klutch seems to be having the last laugh, for now anyways!

Paul is a terrible agent. Anyone can get a max caliber player a max contract. He’s just living off Lebron’s back. If I were a prospect looking for representation I would go with Bartelstein. That guy routinely gets secondary players PAID. He’s also zero drama and GMs love him, some more than others wink wink.

Darius Bazely didn't play a lick of college ball, got a million dollars to train for a year straight outta HS, and is now an NBA player....

All because of Rich Paul.

I think it's telling how RP gets it in here from people...

Other agents do the same shit and always have. Yet he gets it...
And what, pray, is it about Rich Paul that we're supposed to be biased against? Him dating Adele, perhaps?

He's black. You do the math.

If he sucks so much as an Agent... Why is he #2 in salaries?
And for the silly talk about "anyone can get a max player a max deal" He has 2 max players...

It is very telling. We are a fan base that has always been insecure/worried about how unattractive our city is for young professional athletes. (market size, weather, nightlife, diversity, hot women. etc etc) And any agent who has a history of steering their client to bigger markets, we tend to worry about.(And yes dislike) Yes, there have been others and we didn't like them either.
