She qualified, but then they changed the rules on her to keep her out. I believe she stays in due to the fact that the DNC is trying to keep her silent..

She's got like 1% of voters, excluding American Samoa. She has no business being on stage at the next debate. Let her get 20% - 30% of the vote anywhere and she can share the stage

POTUS Trump is going to crush Hillary sooooooooo bad this time around.
What? Make sense, man. Biden will be our next President. Hillary is in retirement awaiting those indictments coming any day now.

She would be in it if thery hadn't changed the rules again to exclude here.

Stupid, stupid Dims, getting played again just like it's still 2016. :biglaugh:
Aren't there some rules about getting enough votes to qualify? Do you think 1% should qualify someone to enter a public debate with those getting 40% to 60%? Like Warren, she won't even win her own state where she would come in third in a three person race. She should be like Warren and drop out.

When I campaigned for Warren I sometimes ran into Sanders supporters at the same events and they were invariably friendly. We were all doing the same thing, giving up our personal time to work for a candidate in whom we believed. The nasty ones were the "101st Fighting Keyboardists". The ones who would never freeze their butts off staffing a table on a cold day, or get up at dawn to hand out campaign brochures to early AM commuters, or wear out a pair of sneakers going door to door. The nasty ones would rather sit at a computer attacking others. One of the reasons I finally got off social media. The nasty ones screamed at us when we campaigned for Warren but were too busy on Twitter to actually work for Sanders.

I mean, I can't generalize from my personal experience to the whole country but that was my experience, the people doing the actual work are not the nasty ones.

They even attacked Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Sanders supporter, because she found Warren's Saturday Night Live skit funny. (It was.)

She sticks to her guns, literally. She knows that Trump is a piece of shit and she isnt just going to stop supporting him.

Replace a couple of words and you are basically defining a Trump supporter to a T.

You could be right, Ive met a few fairly obnoxious ones IRL, though Im not really a fighter so nothing escalated. Just my anecdotal experiences (which might be wrong), have affected how I view Bernie and His campaign. Though I think Bernie in debates and on TV kinda comes across like if you dont agree with me you’re stupid, maybe he’s not like that. I just dont have much else to go off of because personally thats about the only exposure Ive had of his campaign and him.

For the record This is the closest I come to social media, besides when people post links to twitter or IG or those sites I am never on them and dont have any accounts except a facebook one I never use.

You forgot adding they are low IQ yokels that you are clearly better than.

I wondered how long before someone will accuse me of saying what you just said despite the fact that I did not. I do not think they are low IQ yokels, I think they are two faced and hypocritical about their support of corruption.

If this is "the most important election ever" why is Barrack on the sidelines?

Stop insisting you (and Trump) have the right to force your will on women's bodies and I will be nicer.

Well, I'm not really swayed by if you are nicer to me, or not. My core values don't change.

Actually, I'm really glad Mary didn't have an abortion (she was around 15-years old...and may even had considered it)....or she wouldn't have conceived Jesus.

So you acknowledge she had a choice.

My core values are no one has the right to force himself on women.

I understand, and I respect your values/opinions.

As an aside, one of the abortions I went through, I had been living with my girlfriend for about three years when she god pregnant. I guess she felt finances would be an issue, so she decided to go ahead and get the abortion. I SO much wanted to be a dad! However, I completely supported her decision..and we went through with it. I think, later on, she regretted that decision, though. Anyway, not exactly sure why I'm sharing with with you...other than to say, I was committed to her...and whatever decision she decided to make. I knew all along that it was due to MY irresponsibility i.e. (lack of protection, etc.) that led to our so-called predicament.

It's a very difficult question. Truthfully, I'm more supported of effective education on the matter, as opposed to laws governing it.

This just in, ABM switches to Bernie's free college for all proposal.

I think we could have a really interesting conversation about education. Student loans and student loan debt is a problem, I think the entire system is in need of modernization though, I would make very drastic changes to our education system from the youngest on up.

I'm not totally sure how I feel about just "wiping out everyone's debt", that seems interesting...

.

How do you know the fetus was yours?

My understanding is that a lot of the escalation of costs is because of larger administrative costs and lower research funds from the government. How it translates to making colleges more efficient is beyond me (and since I have a kid going to start college next year and another 3 years after that - it is certainly something that I face as the costs are pretty absurd).

It would do me good to do some research on this probably, but when I started college in 2003 I went for about 2 years before I got bored and dropped out. The costs were more than I could keep up with and I didn't want my parents to pay for it or for me to go in debt with it. Sure you've all heard the story, I got really addicted to alcohol and women and left my education there till about 2012. Then when I got married and had kids a couple of years later the options were going back to college which was already a mostly negative experience for me, or self education. I realized I could learn what I wanted to much easier and faster by myself, and in small groups of people doing the same thing. I was gifted a huge blessing that my boss wanted me to learn software and was a good friend with a AI professor at MIT who tutored me for 5-10 hours a week for about a year on software engineering / development, one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Anyways this is long winded, but I discovered a lot of stuff through the experience. A) Once I really decided I had to educate myself it is possible to do that without college. B) Colleges do a good job at filling in gaps though. For example, theres a lot of SW oriented algorithms and data structures that dont really come up much for self taught types, I had to really seek those out, the first and really basic one that comes to mind is bigO, which is as an software guy you’re aware of that im sure. C) I think our education system needs to be rethought. I was bored literally middle school through High School, then in college I was paying thousands to be bored some more, the classes werent tough but I had to take them to get the right credits I needed, it really jaded me on traditional education...

Anyways super long, my apologies. My personal opinion is education is a really big topic that should be discussed and we focus on the financial aspect because of college, but I know so many engineers who have similar stories to mine of just being so bored out of our minds in school, being forced to take classes simply because the school system says we have to even if they have nothing whatsoever to do with our degree’s. I value education, I literally take 8-10 courses a year since 2013ish through, Udemy, Coursera, EdX, udacity. So I see it as important but I think only half of the answer is make it free.

edit: Oh and yes I have worked with several engineers who are like 150k in debt and not very skilled coming out of college - Which is ok we all start somewhere but if their going to put someone that in debt they should at least have the basic skills they need...
