Judging by your posts, I've always thought you were a "one hit wonder".
This certainly isn't in the "best" category, but I had always considered this guy a one-hit(?)-wonder.
Strangely, though, I remember watching part of an episode of some type of reality show involving, I believe, him, Ron Jeremy, and Tammy Faye Baker. Literally, had to turn it off after a few minutes, it was so bad. I think they were sharing a house together and the show involved the filming of their activities and interactions....something like that.

My vote goes to Radar Love by Golden Earring from the early 70's.
Go Blazers
I kinda liked Gary Wright's Dream Weaver.

Go Blazers
My list:
Johnny Hates Jazz - Shattered Dreams
New Radicals - You Get What You Give
Blind Melon - No Rain
The Church - Under the Milky Way
Norman Greenbaum - Spirit In The Sky
Gary Wright was far from a one-hit wonder...
American Pie - Don McLean (well, he did Starry Starry Night, too)
I thought of that as well, but this charted higher than Radar Love, and was a Top Ten Billboard song, and #1 on the Top Tracks Billboard list. Plus, Golden Earing is like the Rolling Stones of the Netherlands. The band has literally existed for 50 years, and has kept the same line-up from 1970 until today. 41 years is amazing.
That always floored me.
My list:
The Church - Under the Milky Way
