I had the Silver Razr and in GYM class it was in my pocket of my gym shorts that I was wearing. Anyway my friend cause we were like messing around she tried to punch my leg but my phone was there, and she had a ring on, so you can guess that there was damage lol No physical damage, but the small screen on the outside went blank so I guess the pixels messed up. So me and my dad went to the guy we bought it from, and since we had a waranty or something on it Im gonna have that Razr replaced with the SLVR for free. Today I told my friend thanks for punching and messing up my Razr

Lucky..I once broke my phone and went back to get a new one and got a better one for free

My Sidekick II has a cracked LCD and T-Mobile won't replace it

i don't have insurance on my phone, but it's pretty tough. I accidently jumped on it and there wasn't a scratch.

They won't fix it, you can't buy replacement parts. I have to buy a new one or get a broken one with a good LCD and switch them.
