Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

Easy....

1.) give Roy a huge contract, even after knowing the knees are bad

2.) picking oden

3.) getting martell Webster instead of d will or cp3

4.) trading miller for Felton

Do I need to go on?

Looks like Denny loses again

Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

Didn't say the pick Denny. I said the contract.

You guys were thrilled with him and wanted him to get the big contract. He was an elite player, top 5 many of you claimed.

And you realize the Blazers had the contract insured, right?

So why not pay him what he was worth?

SMH

Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

hahahahahahaha

no

Really? You just posted I said the mistake was drafting Roy and I said contract.

Lmao...

Looks like a loss to me buddy

Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

Then if you think he was right about picking Webster over cp3 or d will; then I just don't know what to say. This forum erupted on the decision.

C_note said:
#3 is the only bad decision in that list, and it was Paul Allen who made it. Management wanted CP3.

Please go on though, I can keep busting you up all night..

game over

You said you admit when you're wrong (which is most of the time), but you don't.

here's your chance.

The mistake was the cap hit. I don't care how Allen spends his money foolishly; I care when that mistake makes it hard for us to build a team. If we didn't have amnesty, we lose the cap.

PS, the insurance didn't pay because Roy played. Wrong again

It's really amazing how much Denny is trolling us these days. I'm guessing he can't get any Bulls' fans over here. It's been what, almost 4 years here? That's about the time we wear out our welcome on any board!

Oh I was wrong.... I admit it.

Now admit your terrible oversight about drafting Roy.

It's just that Denny doesn't like to be shown up. Call it a character flaw. Now I'm in his sights. I like it!

Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

Just like when Denny said he never said play deng at pf. Denny will die before he admits he's wrong.

Let's recap.

He said I was wrong about my comment about drafting Roy, even trolling drafts of foye, jj etc. then when I expose him; he brings up something else.

It's just too easy

Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

The difference between Denny and I. Denny will be insanely wrong, but will never admit it. I am fucking insane with my claims, but admit that I'm a homer. Denny claims he's realistic and logical, then offers deng at pf, boozer and some protected Charlotte pick for Aldridge. Lmao!!!

Yep, you said the contract was a mistake. Even though you're wrong it was. Only in hindsight.

Winning!!!! Denny is such a sore loser

I didn't offer Deng at PF. Admit you're wrong.

Don't quote me out of context this time.

The chicago writer (McGraw) said he'd offer Deng and the 1st pick. Fez asked me where Deng would play. I assumed McGraw figured he'd play PF. Fez even asked me to provide him the link, and I did.

My trade suggesting included the Bulls starting PF and backup PF to give you someone to man the position in LMA's absence.

Admit you're wrong again.

I'd say it's the exact opposite. For example, I refuted literally every point you made, and you still refuse to admit it. You went on by scrounging for "evidence" to try and back up your claims, all of which were a stretch. Hah, pretty much nothing else I can do at that point...

Do you need me to pull the quote again.

It doesn't matter Denny, everyone already knows. What's funny is you think you can talk your way out of it.

Ah how cute, he's back. Little chicken hawk, want to hunt some chicken?

Go ahead and quote me out of context again. Look at the posts before and after and it will be in context.

You're sooooo wrong, dude. Admit it.

Nothing else relevant to say; resorts to insults. Lol...

You know the forum is laughing at you right? You think they didn't see you get smashed yesterday on your deng at of comment? There was no such "out of context". Someone said why would we need two sf? You said play him at pf.

It's not an insult. That little chicken hawk was really tough!

Re: Bitter Truth: "Portland will never, ever, ever be able to sign a marquee free age

In context, mags. Read it for the first time and admit you're wrong.

I think the chances of a LMA for Noah deal is zero.

I don't think the Bulls are giving up Mirotic either. The only rumor I've seen is Deng and the Charlotte pick.

Why would Portland have two SFs on a large contract?

Rumors suck, mostly.

You'd play Deng at PF.

Lame attempt at rationalizing this "rumor"

Btw, link?

Not my rationalization. I read it a few days ago.

http://www.dailyherald.com/article/20130625/sports/706259711/

I wouldn't trade Deng straight up for Aldridge. The moves needed to be made after don't seem possible. We'd either have Kirk Hinrich at SG or we'd be forced to play the rookie Snell at SF.

And we got that Charlotte pick in exchange for Tyrus Thomas.

Did you or did you not say "I did not say play deng at pf?"

I didn't. McGraw did.

Don't be a fool now.

You can see the posts in context.

I see it and it was silly then as its silly now. And you even quoting it like we should accept it; means you believe it.

I really hope you didn't spend all day waiting for me to bring it up so you could use that argument. That's just silly!

Huh? You posted to play Deng at PF, even if you referenced someone else.

It's a stupid idea that wasn't worth posting.

That was your quote, correct? Which you then attempted to clarify later when it was apparent how foolish that idea was, right?

Read the text in red font, mags.

In that trade scenario, you had NOBODY to play PF at the time if you traded LMA.

And it isn't far fetched for the 6'9" 220 lb Deng to play PF.

He played a lot at PF for the Bulls this season (see attachment, 82games.com)
