Do you agree with the use of unmarked private force that came in and arrested people without even identifying themself or showing any kind of identification? I don't agree with the destruction of property, but I am much more concerned about trump sending private force goons in to arrest people, especially ones that are just exercise their right to protest.

Geez Cup like Ive said before no I dont agree with that either, both need to be addressed but dont gives these punks a pass because there are Feds in Portland. The destruction of property and looting only heightens the problems which is what they want.
If they came into my town to loot and destroy I would expect them to be dealt with by the local authorities.

How do you figure i was giving the vandalizers a free pass?. Never said or even alluded to that as i even said i don't agree with them. I don't like the idea of some secrert police enforcing anything. trump is fucking up this country.

I was was responding to that video and how I felt about the looting and destruction.
I don't like the feds in PDX either, the Mayor needs to show some nards and arrest the ones destroying peoples property and business. Just cant do nothing.
If the Mayor would do is job and get a grip on the crime and at the same time allow for peaceful protest things would calm down.
If a group of whatever marched downtown Milwaukie and started destroying business and looting it wouldn't go on long.

Yes, of course, deal with the rioters separate from the peaceful protestors. I wouldn't get too worked up over some really aggravated people who draw graffiti because we have more important fish to fry. Why not pay graffiti artists to compose stuff that quiets down the protestors while being acceptable to the city? It's been successfully done before.

I was responding to the video that had nothing to do with graffiti or Portland. It eas in Seattle and they were breaking into the amazon store by throwing stuff at the windows to loot.

1. Thank you for the clarification;
2. I didn't mean just Portland. My remark could apply to any large city. In St. Louis they left graffiti as-is much like they left roadside litter and weeds as-is.
