Blake Griffin?

That was my point. Dame and CJ aren't "viable" trade assets.
Right? LOL

What would be the point of trading one of them for Griffin, and having Griffin but no Dame or CJ? Then having Griffin walk in two years. OMG

Yes BGD. The fans who don't want to trade our franchise players for a douche rental are the "Damn Fools".

Riiight.

Last night, especially in the first quarter, the guy was completely protected. Harkless fouled on one end, nothing. Eight seconds later, Harkless breathes on the other end, Blake free throws.

SMH
Refs watch tape too, and they targeted our most effective non-CJ/Dame player.

And the refs were still doing it in the fourth quarter. Griffin is flat out protected.

And don't get me started on Chris Paul holding Dame on every pick, then acting like HE got fouled on the pick, and bitching to the ref.

Every fucking time.

I have a hard time believing the line that Dame 'respects' Paul and is on good terms with him. I've seen Chris Paul literally try to injure Lillard in a game before. He's a dirty piece of shit. No way Dame respects that.

i did like the time where Lillard smacked Paul in the face. that was good.

anyone have a gif of that?

I was going to mention that.

It was soon after Paul hit Lillard in the face/eye on a pick (Definitely not an accident).

Paul grabbed Lillard from behind, and Lillard's elbow just happened to jerk back and hit Paul in the face. (Probably not an accident.)

What was funny though, and I'd have to see it again to be sure, is that at the time, it looked like there was about a 2 second delay, then Paul snapped his head back like he got hit. Two seconds after he got hit.

Flop City!

If I was a professional athlete, I would be the dirtiest player in the league. I would literally punch CP3 in the dick when the ref wasn't looking.

Hitting above the shoulders is too obvious. Much harder to see someone getting punched in the junk. Only the aftermath is visible.
Good point. I concede to your superior cheap-shottatude.

What makes you so sure C.J. will want to stay when his contact is up? What if he wants his own team like Lillard has?

So I'm betting that if I trade CJ for Griffin, that Griffin is more likely to stay in Portland than CJ? Pass.

No thanks. an egotistical headcase that cant control himself when dealing with his own team trainers...
Sorry, we have a great locker room and would rather not take the chance of spreading potential cancer.
You might not want to be so quick to criticize Blake for what happened with the trainer. The Clippers misdiagnosed his original injury and then actually treated it wrong. Then when the treatment didn't work they had it diagnosed again this time with a completely different treatment. Again this treatment did not work. To this day Blake Griffin still has a torn Quad that might need surgery in the off season. The problem got so bad and contentious with trainers that Blake actually got in a fight with one who happened to be his very good friend.
There is no question the Clippers have not only screwed up here but they might have even shortened a great career with questionable training decisions. To question if Griffin will be a Clipper next year might not be a stretch. Blake Griffin has one year left with an early Termination option on his contract. Including this year he has 60 mil coming. He does have a 15% trade kicker.
I am not sure if Griffin could or even would end up in Portland but there is no doubt he would be an upgrade at PF. I also have no idea if Olshey would even want him here? But the writing is on the wall in LA. Blake's days as a Clipper might be coming to an end.

How can we get Domantas Sabonis? (and his dad as a big man coach?)

I'm sure if we offer up enough in the draft Domantas could be ours but don't expect his pops to come over any time soon. My friend married a woman from Vilnius and reports back to me from time to time on Sabonis. Basketball is a religion in that country and he is their Michael Jordan. They just made a movie about the guy. He's heavily involved with the local community and the national team (as is his son.)

That, and only one of the fouls in the first quarter was real. The second one was complete bullshit.

Edit: wait, which foul was the block? That was the bogus foul.
