I came down an elevator at Pioneer Place parking garage a few years back and the doors opened to Darius and his Girl at the bottom floor. She was holding two GIANT shopping bags under her arms... Her eyes looked just like that ^^^^^^^ :lol:

I like her. She looks like a woman, not a plastic infused barbie doll. Creeps me out to see bone thin women with so obviously plastic boobs (can't say breasts when they're not). God, I'd hate to touch a woman and find out it's plastic. Gross.

BTW, I sat next to Gina Grant - Brian's wife - and her sister once at a game in Sacramento (she's from there and was a former Kings dancer). She was almost 9 months pregnant and looked great. No woman should look that good when she's that pregnant! She was friendly, also.

My friend who used to work at the Rose Garden in the mid 90s said her faves were Dottie Schoneley, who like Bill was as courteous and respectful to the janitor as she was to the GM, Jerome Kersey's girlfriend (can't remember her name) and Bev Grant (Harvey's wife). Many of the wives treated staff like furniture, but those 3 were always polite, said good evening, etc.

So, Lamar Odom's SO is a Blazers fan???

Isn't this whole thread in a way judging, like the poster who said Greg could do better, and hot women don't go for rocket scientists?

Judgmental? I said I find it gross. Not sure how that is judging others.

A body type that does not exist in nature is unpleasant to me. And I really don't see the appeal of what is so apparently fake.

I think beerboy is a tad quick to take offense.

I don't think she's being judgemental. As a straight female I had the same reaction to the pic of Joel's wife. It was really refreshing to see "natural" beauty.

I'll try and explain it a different way. I looked at the OT thread about bodacious babes, it's all in good fun, I'm not protesting it or calling you all chauvinists because most of you really seem to be good guys. However, someone eventually started posting pics of bodacious babes who could cook and Gia de Laurentiis was one of them. One of the comments made was that she was hot but her boobs were saggy. My first (albeit sarcastic) thought was, "Yeah, poor thing was cursed with real ones. Fortunately she can get those eye sores cut off and buy fake ones that will never be affected by gravity or pregnancy." I want to be perfectly clear... skinny woman with big boobs don't grow in nature... it just doesn't happen.

When the standard of beauty is set so that a woman can't be considered hot unless they go under anesthesia (which always carries a risk of complications), cut off a body part, and insert man made materials it's really sad. Some women's bodies kind of reject them (they form a lot of hard painful scar tissue around them) and doctor's don't really know why. I'm not saying that I'm against cosmetic surgery (if that's what the person feels they need - go for it) but I don't feel like I should have to go under the knife to be considered attractive. Anyway, to each his own, just my opinion.

I agree regarding Joel's wife, she's a "natural" beauty... as is Dan Dickau's and Steve Blake's wife. I also agree that women DONT need to go under the knife to be considered attractive. But I'm not going to bash on the women that choose to do so and especially the women who have had a few kids and want a little boob lift to fix the sag. :devilwink:
