Looking at the Kevin Pelton's of the world and there seems to be a consensus: Their analytical models LOVE Delon Wright.
Pelton has him as the best projected WARP for his rookie season.
The comparison that is being thrown around is Andre Miller.

Somebody was on Twitter the other day talking about "player comps" and saying that the real test is to see if there is any other player whose comp is the same as yours who has succeeded. Of course the obvious examples are Magic Johnson and Charles Barkley - if you're being compared with them, then chances are strong you're a bust, because there just aren't any other 6'8" PGs or 6'4" PFs. He also mentioned... Andre Miller. If you can't jump and can't shoot in today's NBA...

Having said that, I think the comparison is more that they're from Utah and are older coming out of college.

Re: WARP: yes, if you're going to be 23 or 24 in your rookie year, you'll probably have a better WARP than some 20 year old. But I'm more interested in what it'll be two years after that.

Yup. Just like Keith Van Horn and Adam Morrison both became the next Bird. Oh wait...

Today. guard George De Paula, guard Pierra Henry, forward Jarell Martin, center Joshua Smith, forward Seth Tuttle and forward Chris Walker.

Unfortunately when you start projecting/guessing on what a young player stats might be in two years...............you end up with Sebastian Telfair.
I'll take a proven commodity if one is available.

I'm intrigued by this Hunter guy just because we have the same birthday although 40 years apart.

Oh yeah? Well I have the exact same birthday as... LAMARCUS ALDRIDGE! And I'm not going to tell you the difference in years.

Lots of interesting guys here. It seems we're bringing in a lot of big, defensive PGs (which is good, because that's a major area of need, sorry Blake). No Jerian Grant yet, though. AND WHERE'S JOSH RICHARDSON?

Good pair for Damian and cj both.

I noticed bigger guards and smaller forwards are getting attention

Wow, de Paula gets around - here's the report from Friday at the Eurocamp in Treviso:

DraftExpress said:
-Teaming up with Dragan Bender, George De Paula bounced back from a 4-turnover performance this morning to play well in today's nightcap. More aggressive looking for his own shot, the 6'6 Brazilian point guard got to the rim repeatedly thanks to his creativity and ball handling. He's still a work in progress offensively and needs to improve his perimeter shot, but De Paula showed the type of assertiveness he's lacked at times at the more visible points of the draft process. Though his numbers weren't outstanding, he looked as comfortable as we've seen him in some time.

Defensively, De Paula was a menace, picking up full court and coming up with some superb steals and blocks. Making things extremely difficult for the smaller Greek guards, De Paula had a nice showing despite this being his second game of the day (as well as testing and drills in the morning) and his status as one of the most well-traveled prospects in this draft, having been on the road non-stop for almost 2 months.

I really wish somebody who gets to see these things would leak something. Somebody kidnap Meyers - he looks like he would break easily under pressure.

Obviously the big name there is RHJ, but Mam Jaiteh is also interesting - he's a legit young center:

(Bear in mind that this is in the same pro league that produced Tony Parker, Batum and Rudy Gobert)

(Timothe Luwawu sighting at 1:34 with the nifty pass.)

I can already hear Wheels, after a Jaiteh dunk, telling us he's a bad Mouhamma-Jammer.
