I wonder if the Generals also consider themselves the Globetrotters' rivals.

What's funny, is on the other side of the coin, this is how Laker fans feel about the Blazer/Laker "rivalry". >_<

When was the last time we beat the Lakers in a playoff series?

Oof.

No wonder they want to be like us!

.

lakers have a .564 winning percentage against the blazers all time, less than 6 wins for every 10 games, so basically 50/50

I don't think any of us here consider the Lakers "rivals" anymore. When they were division rivals and meeting in the playoffs? Sure. Busting up the Pacific division and sticking the Blazers with Den/Utah/Minny/OKC played a big part in that 'rivalry' going away, though.

The Seahawks and Raiders used to be bitter rivals. Now I find myself pulling for the Seabags in the playoffs, because they aren't division rivals anymore.

That's a good point, but on the other end of that, I was watching NBA TV today and noticed Rick Fox said the one place he could never get a road win with the Lakers was in Portland. The way they made it sound, it was like it was the game they'd circle on the calendar every year.

20 of 22....

Literally the worst bench in NBA history....

Batum playing with an injured wrist and a total non-factor....

The Blazers with nearly 30 turnovers and still win.

Actually that's not true. I live in the Los Angeles area and laker fans, laker players and laker coaches hate Portland.
