It seems that we do not run enough catch and shoot plays that have off-ball motion to the predetermined sweet swish3 scoring spots for those players. Tony is a good case study because he has averaged >40% success in the past and is now at only 27.3%, a significant underperformance. Teamwork and talking on the court should give us a much better outcome than what we have seen. Tony has been good from the corners and has favorite swish3 shooting spots, and others should too.
Let's imagine a Blazer offense that aims for driving into the paint, as Norm and Dennis do well with kick outs to Tony, Norm, CJ, and Dame. And couple that with Warrior style off-ball movement to get the team average back to >38% (it is now 34.6%).
