To be honest, it should have pissed them off. We would be pretty livid if we traded someone and then they kicked our ass in a pivotal game and talked shit afterwards. But he is on our team and that makes it hilarious! Love the swagger.

It's a tempting theory but you can only sell tickets if you make the playoffs; whether Nurk is out 2 or 4 weeks doesn't affect playoff sales of the two games you are selling tickets for.
