1.) Winning in Denver
2.) Winning in Boston
3.) Winning in Brooklyn (We never win there)
4.) Coming back from a East coast swing and beating Chicago
5.) Winning in Golden State
6.) Having a winning road record
7.) Having an 11 game win streak
8.) Best Blazer start since 1990

fanatastic start so far, can't ask for much more, the next few games will be very good gauges to where we are at against elite teams

I want to see us destroy OKC more than anything. That is the game I'm really thinking is the statement game. I have a good feeling about tonight, even though I put Indiana to win in my 10 game prediction (80% certain they would lose). Let's hope my 20% certainty prevails!

We have the second best starting 5 in the NBA (Deff = 22.2) and our starters lead the league, by a huge margin, with a road Deff of 26.2. Indiana is second at Deff (starters on the road) = 17.8.

Who would have thought we'dd be such road warriors!

It's crazy!!!! That's the thing that is truly astonishing! I can't remember when the last time the Blazers ever had a winning road record. I think we were .500 when we had the 4th best record with Roy. Maybe 2000?

2 & 3 are not accomplishments this year. Boston and the Nets are terrible so far

The problem is that our starters are still amazing, but our bench isn't as good as I had hoped. It's better than last year by a mile though, and that's why we're winning so much more.

I don't know how long you've been a fan, but those buildings we always lost in, regardless how strong we were and weak they were.

shmeeh..

Dont you know that last nights game does not really count/ See, The Pacers were on the second day of a back to back..and well, 7 PM Pacific is like 10PM Eastern, so thats not fair..and The Blazers played at home..and, you know, the Blazers are not that good and all..and....well....

Sometimes rook, it's not the team you beat, but WHERE you beat 'em. We have never had luck winning games in Boston. I'd consider this an accomplishment.

Dude, we've only lost in Brooklyn ONE time.

New Jersey yes, but Brooklyn, no. Different state, different city, different building.

You didn't mention our record in the 2nd game of back-to-backs, and you call yourself a homer....

Another accomplishment: 8-0 versus the Eastern Conference

I've been a fan ever since we beat the Pacers! I'm not a fan of that excuse though, it's an easy excuse for losing a winnable game.

that's the type of excuse losing teams make :)
