Well at least in the regular season that last shot would have been taken by Dame or CJ or even Leonard.

Well it IS the first time the Fakers have gotten over on us in at least 4 games. I can see why they're so excited.

Sigh. A good learning experience, at least.

if Pressey and Johnson are still on the team after tonight, I'm not sure what to think anymore.

Good effort by the scrubs...get the next one! Go Blazers!

Realize our third and non NBA players are playing, right? Give it a rest already holy shit. It's preseason
Is that so? Do you have any more valuable nuggets of information?

It makes me sick to my stomach that we were beating this piece of crap team quite easily and then Stotts brings in Pressey, who in spectacular fashion, gives up the lead and makes their crap players look better then they are. I don't care that it is preseason, they should NOT lose to this piece of crap team. Period

I'm very encouraged by what I've seen this preseason. Every game has given us something positive. My expectations are definitely being altered. Favorably. Excited for this season. Going to be fun no matter what.

One pre-season left then Pressy and Johnson will be sent home. The things need to be clean up is the soft passes they do. Harkless going to help us on both ends and Von just need more playing time to develope but he will be in the rotation. Myers still get lost on defense and I hate out guards following over picks with no help with the bigs. The bigs I see helping out Davis and Von. Plumlee I am not sold on hopeful he develope but he not starting center in this league yet.

I think there's a good chance Plumlee could be the Blazers starting center.

Yes this year he will be the starting center. What I am saying he will start for he the best choice right now. Now can he develope into one sure.

Zoinks.

Johnson's definitely gone. It's a toss up between Pressey & Montero; I can see reasons to get rid of either 1, only thing w/ Montero is that he might have potential (he's so young & looks so raw... it's so early & I've not seen enough of his play to say if he's got no future or IF it'll just take longer for him to develop) & Pressey's topped out. I would say most likely you're right that Pressey's gone but I wouldn't be shocked if he stayed (I once wanted him to stay, I'm not saying that now though:tongue2:).

It wasn't Vonleh's fault, Johnson was the ONE who let R. Kelly waltz in so that Vonleh wasn't able to help out in time.

Yeah, Johnson blew that one. Vonleh ran over in a last ditch effort to save the game. Johnson sucks, they'll probably cut him tomorrow.

In spite of the loss, that was a fun game to watch. Felt like summer league. Impressed with how active Harkless was out there. Got him for NOTHIN'!

For me, these last two games were a reality check. It looks as if we will struggle even against fairly bad teams. Even with increased freedom and coaching, it seems that Davis and Plumlee will have no inside game besides putbacks. And Plumlee seems to have pretty bad hands. Vonleh and Harkless may have a chance to be something someday but they are both pretty rough and shooting (especially for Vonleh) is suspect. Maybe after a full year they can contribute but I think not much this year. Looks as if Mc Collum will be better, not sure about Leonard. Crabbe has some good spots but seems to disappear at other times. Lillard doesn't seem to have his three point shot back. Overall kind of an average group but I am hoping they can get better and add someone next year.
