Roy had it going and then we yanked him. We haven't scored since then. Now he's back but we're down 16.

Brandon had only 4 points in the first half last night. He's got 5 now. There's still plenty of game left to be played.

If we played all our games at home, standing pat would be fine.

We are a mediocre team on the road sadly. We needed another scorer and defender.

I don't think the Nuggets have even broken a sweat.

I'm not that upset. Tough game on a back to back. A win wasn't very likely at all.

It could have helped, but what vet out there would have been the difference maker?

And of those players, would it have been worth the potential cost?

It's easy to say that 'we needed a vet' after a loss (or potential loss) as though that actually would have made such a huge difference.

You know how they say we're 1-11 on the road against the other 8 teams in the playoff hunt?

Whats their record in Portland?
Lakers: 0-0
Spurs: 0-2
Hornets: 1-1 (and 1-1 on the road)
Utah: 0-1 in Portland (with another to go)
Mavs: 1-0 (their loss sucked)
Suns: 0-1 (one more home game against the Suns)
Denver: 0-1 (and 0-2 on the road, with another home game to end the season)
Rockets: 0-1 (we only play them once in Portland)
So we're 7-2 at home against the elite, with 5 more games at homes against the elite and 3 more road games against them.

So yes, it sucks to be so crappy on the road, but it's not like we're getting beaten badly at home either.

No one player fixes all of this teams weaknesses. It's just a young team and they play like it at times.
 
Why the fuck have Sergio and Frye shot the ball. Frye needs to be cut, and tonight shows that he is the piece of shit I knew he was. The thing Nate has done that pisses me off is why play Sergio against Chauncey? Bayless is much quicker and better at D.
 
When is Oden coming back? We've missed his rebounding the past several games.

Yes.

This team needs another leader outside of Roy and especially one that can create their own shot.

Not making trade just means management gave up on making noise in the playoffs this season.
