Yes it was done already. See post 448 for list of players the Blazers took.

They have the rights to those ~14 players, but likely only a few make the roster. The rest will be filled with players like Badji, Butler, Mays, Jeenathan Williams, etc, and then UDFA's they pick up after the Draft. They had some of those types of players in today.

It is gonna be really cool to watch the 2 way players (and maybe some higher level picks) play in this city. And they get to train in the same facility. It's nothing but good to have a team here and have no idea why they took so long.
