- We only made the playoffs because the western conference is as weak as it's been in over a decade.
- We're facing the greatest team in NBA history.
- Even with Curry out, the Warriors have a talent advantage at nearly every position, including bench players and head coach.
- We're coming off our most unsatisfying series victory in the history of the franchise.
- Our "superstar" is a certified playoff bust who was basically "invisible" against the Clippers.
- We know the league wants Warriors-Spurs, so we'll be playing 8-on-5 every game
May as well just start looking forward next season. Having learned what we've learned from the Clippers series "victory" (if you can really call it that), what do we need to do to actually get this squad on track toward someday escaping purgatory and maybe becoming a contender before Dame retires?
