Blazers Intrested in Telfair

League sources told ESPN.com that the deal is done but it can't be announced until after the conclusion of the first round Thursday night in New York. New Jersey would make the No. 22 selection for the Blazers.</div>

Well they drafted him at 13!! I'm guessing you're not happy about that? Although will never know if he could have been avalible when the 22nd pick came around, I support drafting him. I believe in time that he could be a very good player in this league, and I didn't see much else out there for them besides Telfair. They could use another center, but there aren't many quality big men in this draft, and they really weren't in need of guys like Al Jefferson or Kris Humphries with the loaded front court of Shareef, Theo and Zach. Even in the swing spots they have guys like Ruben, Anderson and Miles and they didn't need much in that area. I believe securing Telfair was the right move given what was avalible.
