Be interesting to see if Plumlee is wearing a #1 jersey today. That is Wright's number so if he is then I think you can kiss Dorell goodbye. Although you can probably do that anyways since we didn't get a chance to draft his brother.

Interesting. Would love the backstory on that since he wore #1 at NJ. Was it his choice to switch numbers? Was he pushed into picking another number? He wore 5 at Duke and I think that is available with Blake traded right? Maybe he doesn't care too much about specific numbers...

Numbers already came out. Plumlee is #24 or something
 
Numbers mean jack at the moment - they can change them in 2-3 weeks, if needed.

Yah I thought he would wear 5 too but evidently Connaughton will be wearing it instead. Weird cuz Connaughton wore 24 in college. Maybe the release was wrong lol
 
What this thread really should say is the video will stream 45 minutes late and have no audio for at least the first 5 minutes

Plums looks annoyed. I'm guessing media was under strict instructions not to ask about free agency, because no one even hinted at the topic
 
I thought that the media lacked anyone with a decent question except for Jabari..there was not a lot of juice coming from our press guys and if anything annoyed Mason Plumlee....it was our fucking audio tech who is always screwing up audio feeds and mike volumes..even a feedback squelch when Plumlee was trying to talk.
 
Olshey explained that Connaughton will be flying in for summer league camp July 5th-6th and he'll be available to the media then. Mentioned something about not wanting to fly him back and forth or something
 
Olshey said Connaughton would have a Media Day around July 5. Said he has traveled a lot due to tryouts and combines and they wanted to give him a break.
