he and chauncey have known each other for years and nurk said head coach chauncey is (along dame) the best thing that has happened to him in his bball career and i think he means it and it seems like nurk likes what chauncey told him how team is gonna play and what his role is going to look like etc

when nurk came to portland, terry stotts used him well but that changed with time and my belief is it was big mistake and im sure nurk is going to prove a lot of doubters wrong this season and were gonna see a lot of "nurk is portland second best player" comments... stars have finally aligned for him, hes in for a career year
