Since the 1989-90 Season

Who is your current favorite player?
I don't have one at the moment. Maybe Damian Lillard, but I want to see how he does the next two or three years before I make it definitive.

Who is your All Time favorite player?
Clyde "The Glide" Drexler

What was your favorite moment?
Several. Clyde playing against Michael Jordan.

Last time I checked Basketball was a team game with 5 players each. You really are comparing a team that has this lineup:

Blake/Roy/Batum/Aldridge/Przybilla

to a team that had:

Porter/Drexler/Kersey/Williams/Duck??

How far are you supposed to get with the Roy team? Imagine if Roy and Greg were never hurt.. One thing that Porter Led team had was HEALTH.

This has nothing to do with why I like Roy. IMO he was better and a harder worker than Drex but that is a debate to be had.

Addendum: Damian Lillard is my current favorite player. I know that after 10 games. This boy has a ton of talent and he'll get better. *Raises glass* Here's to our future franchise player!

Who is your current favorite player? I think Nicolas Batum at the moment but that could change with Lillard on board.

Who is your All Time favorite player? When I first started watching I was enamored with Cliff Robinson actually. But my favorite is probably Rod Strickland when I look back on it.

This makes me tear up every time. Such concentrated talent. It was like he expended the last of his greatness right there.
 
Dallas played absolutely horrible defense in that whole video, but at 2:58 it's kind of ridiculous how easily Roy gets to the hoop considering he barely made a move and was slow as shit. The game winning shot was just an incredibly lucky shot, there's no way he mean't to bank that, it was way off target. Sometimes being lucky is better than being good!

Very true. I prefer the Roy 52 point game against Phoenix, or his High Efficiency game against the Heat where he matched Dwayne Wade in points on half the shots taken.

I became a Blazers fan in 99/00 watching them from Alaska and hating Shaq's fat ass really sealed dea before I moved here in 01. Also I ampretty jealous of native oregonians and others with memories of the Drexler years
Dame is my favorite current Blazer
Brandon Roy is probably my favorite Blazer all-time
and Roy's buzzer beater against Houston and Wheels' call of it is probably my favorite moment.
