The draft is in one week and they haven't had a workout since Monday...

They scheduled workouts like 5 days in a row, and then one more on the 19th.

There few players that hasn't been brought in I know that Bell is one them suppose to be there Monday and I believe Justin Jackson suppose have workout for us and that might be Monday.

I think the 19th is the one that really matters.
Usually PA shows up to some. I'd wager that he's there on monday

I believe Allen was at the workout with Giles and Patton

Edit: nevermind it was just Olshey.

You would think the last workout would have some bigger names. Justin Jackson, Z.Collins, Jarrett Allen to name a few.

Bolden is having a several team workout in L.A. this weekend, would love to see him added to the Monday workout and go against Bell

Looking at the Blazers complete workout list and putting it in order of average mock for DraftExpress.com and NBADraft.net:

13.0 Donovan Mitchell (G)
16.0 Justin Patton - best available
17.5 Harry Giles
18.0 John Collins
18.0 TJ Leaf
20.0 Bam Adebayo - best available
21.0 Terrance Ferguson (G/F)
26.0 Jawun Evans (G) - best available
27.0 Og Anunoby
31.5 Tyler Lydon
34.0 Anzejes Pasecniks
35.0 Caleb Swanigan
41.0 Josh Hart (G)
42.0 PJ Dozier
44.0 Tyler Dorsey (G)
45.0 Dillon Brooks (G/F)
46.0 Sindarius Thornwell (G)
47.0 Dwayne Bacon (G)
51.0 Cameron Oliver
52.0 Thomas Bryant

It's pretty clear that bigs are the target in our draft range.

If we're looking at taking the 'best available' according to these mock drafts, then the Blazers could potentially take:
#15 - Justin Patton, or Harry Giles
#20 - Whoever is left of: John Collins, TJ Leaf, Bam Adebayo, or Terrance Ferguson
#26 - Whoever is left of: Jawun Evans, Og Anunoby, Tyler Lydon, or Anzejes Pasecniks.
Top targets of 2nd round picks if purchased: Anzejes Pasecnics, Caleb Swanigan, Josh Hart or PJ Dozier

Would you be happy with a Patton, Adebayo, Evans draft?

With less than a week before the draft, there's still a ton of uncertainty. The Blazers have 3 first round picks, and I haven't heard a single name that the Blazers are targeting. This is going to be a crazy/exciting draft!
A lot of people have said we'll try to go after Isaac. But I don't see him in the list. Have we ever drafted someone we didn't work out first?

Walter Berry comes to mind......

Yes he is a great example. Player of the year at St. John's and was not expected to be there when we picked at 14. .......so we never worked him out. And as I recall he was not not too happy about slipping that far nor going to Portland. Guy had a bad attitude. But at least we got Duckworth out of it.

A penny to find out who the top two or three prospects are in Olshey's mind at each slot. I'm sure he's bought all these players in to try out their skills. But he probably knows exactly who he wants. Last year there were exactly two players he was serious about and one was Layman.

I don't believe we worked out Crabbe.

Really? I vaguely recall them working him out just before the draft.....but I certainly could be wrong. I do definitely recall several pundits saying that the Blazers were interested and that he would be a good fit for Portland. But I'm not 100% sure they worked him out prior to drafting him.....

Yeah that dude soured Mr on St John's LOL

He'll go first round for sure, because the bottom half of the first is always Eurostash players these days, because teams want to put off paying guaranteed money to low-first-round talent.
Saw it last year with Boston picking Yabusele at #16.

Kurucs dropping out will help Pasecniks out as well.

I swear it seems like everyone we've brought in is in that 20-26 range, outside of Mitchell.

I think most analysts have him going earlier than 15. Or did I misunderstand; have we already had him in?

Yeah he's worked out for the team. Hes pretty much the only guy we've had in that will probably go ahead of 15. Just interesting.

OG and Z. Collins were in town as well. Those two both have been near the top 10 in some mocks.
